Getting Started
Workspace & Purge
Switch between a local or synced workspace, and reset everything with the Purge danger-zone action.
Settings → Workspace. By default a workspace is Local (the hubspace.db on this machine). You can also point it at a Synced workspace — a libSQL database (Turso or self-hosted) identified by a URL and auth token — so the same data is available across your devices (each keeps a full local copy that syncs, so it still works offline).
- The auth token is the credential (encrypted at rest); enter the same URL and token on each device to share a workspace.
Status: synced mode is in development — the connection is saved but data stays fully local until it activates. Local mode is the shipping default.
Purge (reset the workspace)
Settings → Workspace → Danger zone. Wipes all your data — tasks, projects, clients, deals, proposals and invoices, assets, goals, income, notifications, cached email — and resets to an empty workspace. Your structure (channels, stages, statuses, custom fields, settings) and the built-in General Tasks container are kept so the app stays valid.
A checkbox keeps your personas and Google integration (default on; untick to remove those too). It requires typing PURGE to confirm, then restarts. Export a backup first if unsure (Export → Download all).
