In-app bell alerts for unread email and asset due dates.
- In-app bell — top-right, shows an unread count badge.
- Asset due date alerts — fire when within the asset’s notify window (checked at startup and every 24h); deduplicated so it only fires once per day per asset.
- New email — a notification is created for each matched incoming email.
