Goals & Milestones

Track target goals (a number to hit) and milestone goals (a checklist), computed live from your real data.

A dedicated Goals & Milestones tab. A goal is a documented intention, of one of two kinds (chosen when creating):

  • Target goal — a number to hit (money in / tasks completed / projects completed) by a date or calendar period. Progress = current ÷ target, computed live from your real data (won deals plus confirmed receipts for money; completed_at for tasks and projects), optionally scoped to a persona and channel.
  • Milestone goal — a checklist. Each milestone is a manual step or a linked project/task that auto-ticks when that entity completes. Progress = done ÷ total.
  • From a project or task — an "Add to goal" control (project detail) or a Target icon (task editor) lets you add it as a milestone of a goal, or "Make this a goal" (which seeds the goal’s milestones from that entity’s tasks).
  • On the SEB page — pin goals to show them in the left rail; expand a card to tick a milestone without leaving SEB.
  • Celebration — completing a milestone (or hitting 100%) pops a toast and SEB says "Congratulations, you’ve completed …".
  • Ask SEB "how are my goals".
