Operations Bar

A persistent status bar runs along the bottom of the window.

• Global timer — start a time tracker on any task, then navigate away and it keeps running, showing in the bar as ▶ 1:23:45 Task name ⏹ Stop.
• Click the task name to reopen that task from anywhere for a quick update.
• Stop from the bar without opening the task.
• Only one timer runs at a time — starting a new one banks the previous task’s time and switches.
• Capacity indicator (right side) — shows scheduled task estimates vs your working hours for the week (e.g. 22/30h this week). If open task estimates exceed your available hours for today or the week, it turns into an amber over-capacity warning (⚠ Over capacity — 34/30h this week). Click it to open the calendar.
