Each entity has a Resources panel of titled folders — local folders and web links, side by side.

Each entity has a Resources panel with titled folders. A folder is one of:

Local folder — browse its files in-app (images preview in a lightbox, text files open inline, anything else opens in the OS); pin individual files for quick access.
Web link — a URL (e.g. a Google Drive folder or file, a Figma file) that opens in your browser. Add via + Link (label and URL; https:// is added if you omit it).

Mix local folders and web links in the one list, so cloud-stored files sit alongside local ones.
