Filters & Saved Views

Each list view has a filter bar with search, per-view field filters and named, recallable saved views.

Each list view (Projects, Deals, Assets, Clients) has a filter bar:

  • Search — title, name, company, etc.
  • Field filters per view — Projects: status / type / overdue; Deals: stage / value range; Assets: type / has-due-date; Clients: internal-only.
  • Saved views — name a filter set (e.g. "Website projects", "Hot deals > £5k") and recall it from the dropdown; delete from the Delete dropdown. Saved views are stored per list and are portable.
