Tasks

Tasks live inside Projects (in a stage) or Channels. Key fields:

• Title — the task name.
• Status — To do / Doing / Done.
• Stage — which pipeline column it sits in (project tasks).
• Due date — the date the task is due.
• Start time / End time — a time slot (shown in calendar week view).
• Estimate (hrs) — auto-calculates the end time from start plus estimate.
• Repeat — recurrence (daily / weekly / monthly / yearly).
• Frequency — every N intervals.
• Repeat until — an optional end date for recurrence.
• Start date — when work begins (defaults to the creation date).
• Subtasks — child tasks, nested to unlimited depth.
• Relations — link to any other entity.
