Assets
Generic resource records for anything you maintain for a client, with tickets, due dates and notify-before alerts.
Assets are generic resource records — whatever you maintain for a client (websites, domains, tools, licences, equipment). An asset has only universal fields (name, type, client, notes, due date, notify-before); anything type-specific is a custom field you define per type (Settings → Types) — e.g. a Website type carries URL/DNS/hosting, a Licence type carries seats. Nothing is hardcoded to websites.
Features
- Tickets — raised against an asset; closing a ticket writes a changelog entry automatically.
- Due date — the asset’s renewal or review date.
- Notify before — an OS and in-app notification fires N days before the due date (checked at startup and every 24h).
