Types, Stages & Status

Configure per-channel types, stages and statuses (all colour-coded) in Settings.

Settings → Types & Stages is organised per channel, all colour-coded:

Projects — Types (e.g. Website Build), Stages (default task columns, reorderable, seed new projects), and Status (the four fixed statuses Active / On hold / Done / Archived — colour-editable).
Assets — Types and Ticket stages (default columns, reorderable, seed new assets).
Deals — pipeline stages and colours are managed in Deals → Stages.

Stages are per-entity with global defaults

The per-channel stage lists seed new projects and assets; you can still edit a specific entity’s stages (projects in their List view via move/rename/delete; assets in their Board view via move/rename/delete/add). Stage and status colours show as a dot and underline on kanban columns, list stage headers, and the Projects/Deals group headers.

Custom colours

Every colour picker has a Custom swatch (the dashed +) that opens the OS colour picker for any colour, alongside the presets.
